ABOUT ABOUT

MASKS ARE REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE DO NOT COME IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL. TICKETS ARE IN 30 MINUTE TIME BLOCKS WITH 4 PEOPLE PER BLOCK.

Ciaran McQuiston uses papermaking, printmaking, writing, and sculpture as a way to visually answer the question, “What is the mind made of?” She considers the inextricable connections between the body and mind through visceral, site-specific artworks that muddle material information just as memories, ideas and nutrients are digested by the mind and body.

She has taught at the Cranbrook Art Museum, Cranbrook Academy of Art, Indianapolis Art Center, and Cat Head Press.

She has exhibited work at the Forum Gallery at Cranbrook Academy of Art, the Pinboard Gallery at Cranbrook Academy of Art, the Murphy Arts Center, the Middle Space Gallery at Cat Head Press, the Indianapolis Art Center, Garfield Park Arts Center, the Harrison Center, Primary Colors, Herron School of Art, and virtually through the Cranbrook Art Museum and Social Distance Gallery.
